9 AM-5PM Mon-Thurs; 9 AM-12 Noon Friday Eastern Time. We are closed on all Jewish Holidays starting at 12 Noon of the "Erev" (the day before the holiday begins.)



Shipping Information:

 Unless otherwise noted, your package will be shipped from our Queens,  New York warehouse.   If placed by 12 Noon your order will ship the day it was placed.  We ship UPS Monday-Thursday unless otherwise specified.   We charge a flat fee of $9.95 for UPS ground shipments in the US.   This EXCLUDES perishable items which must be packed in ice.

 

All perishable items must be shipped priority overnight scheduled to arrive the following day by 10:30 AM in major cities and 4:30 PM in other locations. Please be aware that we can only ship to destinations that meet one of these criteria. UPS overnight priority rates will apply. It is advisable for someone to be at the destination to receive package. All perishable shipments will be left without a signature to avoid the package being returned to the warehouse. If you require a signature, please inform us, and please be present when your package arrives.

 

Delivery to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Boxes is available through the United States Post Office.  Charges will be calculated at the time of shipment.



Holiday Shipping
In order to guarantee holiday delivery, your order must be placed at least one week prior to the holiday. After that, orders are shipped on first come, first served basis. We are closed from
12 Noon on the day before each holiday until its conclusion.

Passover
We are closed during Passover. We accept orders for shipment up until one week prior to the start of the holiday. After that time, we can only ship out orders that have already been placed.

Please be very careful typing the delivery address.  Be sure to include any apartment number, suite number or office number where applicable.  Packages being shipped to a hotel will be shipped to your name, with the instructions to hold for your arrival.  If you have a contact name at the hotel, please inform us.  Additionally, please be sure that the address is complete.  An incomplete or incorrect address will result in delaying the package’s arrival and possible additional charges imposed by the shipping company.


Kosher Care Packages cannot be held responsible or liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses, delays in receiving the package due to inclement weather, mechanical breakdown or packages left unattended.  Kosher Care Packages tracks shipments and will notify the recipient of the delivery date and tracking number if an e-mail address is provided.  We do everything we can to ensure that your package arrives on time and in good condition.  If a problem should occur, we will work to resolve it immediately.  

 
Returns:

Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If your package has been damaged in shipping or arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, we will resolve the problem quickly. All problems must be reported within 3 business days of arrival of shipment. Call our customer care line toll free at 877.KCP.0500 or email customercare@koshercarepackages.com.  

If for some reason, you are not happy with the gift basket, please call us at 877.527.0500 within 3 business days of the gift’s delivery, to request a return authorization.   We will arrange for the package to be picked up.  When we receive the basket, including gift basket contents and packaging, we will issue you a credit for 90% of the original price.  We charge a 10% restocking fee and the cost of shipping is non-refundable. 


 

Substitutions/Food Allergies:

From time to time, items become unavailable, and substitution may be necessary. Substitutions will be made with comparable items.

We are sensitive to food allergies and will be happy to substitute/omit products where necessary.

Discounts and Promotions:

Discounts and promotions may not be combined, and carry no cash value.  All promotional pricing is valid on packages shipped in the US only.  Discounts are taken off the cost of the item, not including shipping and tax where applicable.



Privacy:
At Kosher Care Packages, we respect your privacy and do NOT sell or distribute our mailing lists to a third party.  We use the information you provide us to better serve your gift giving needs.     



Security:

Our website is secure, certificate provided by Geotrust Rapid SSL.  In addition, our security is audited daily by MacAfee and payment security is provided by Authorize.net.
